Uanema Ventures is my latest wild experiment—a way to take everything I’ve learned from startups, corporate innovation, product design, and strategy and use it to help others be just as crazy as I am.

I decided to support my long-time friend, talented entrepreneur, and VC Ottavio Sgrosso in bringing his vision to life. Together, we set out to create something different—not just another venture fund, but a place where bold ideas meet fearless execution.

It’s a way to give back, stay sharp, and have a hell of a lot of fun along the way.
