Teaching & Speaking Innovation

Every Lesson Taught is Another Lesson Learned

Great ideas don’t just sit in books or strategy decks—they need to be shared, challenged, and brought to life through conversation.

For four years, I was a university professor in Design Thinking at the University of Naples, guiding students through the messy, exhilarating process of turning ideas into real, viable businesses. Teaching wasn’t just about sharing knowledge—it was about sparking critical thinking, shaping problem-solvers, and learning something new in every session.

But the classroom wasn’t my only stage. I’ve taken these insights to global audiences, speaking at conferences on innovation, startups, and how corporations can break free from stagnation and actually move fast.

One of my proudest moments? Stepping onto the main stage at the world’s first No-Code Conference in San Francisco as a paid keynote speaker, proving that digital transformation isn’t just about tools—it’s about mindset.

Beyond that, I’ve spoken here and there—at private events, executive roundtables, and industry panels—always with the same mission: to challenge conventional wisdom, bridge the gap between startups and corporates, and explore what’s next.

Whether in a university lecture hall, a conference keynote, or a fireside chat, I believe that speaking is more than just talking—it’s about engaging, questioning, and inspiring action. And in the process, I learn just as much as I teach.
