Building My Own Agency

Where Strategy, Design, and Technology Converge

Some people talk about digital transformation. I built a company to make it happen.

Years ago, I co-founded Pushapp, a digital product agency with a simple but powerful vision: help ambitious startups and established brands turn bold ideas into real, high-impact products.

We weren’t just another development shop. We were partners in strategy, design, and execution. We worked at startup speed, with corporate precision, blending lean methodology, rapid prototyping, and human-centered design to craft digital products that actually solved real problems.

In just a few years, we grew from 0 to 15 employees, launching 40+ platforms and marketplaces across four continents. We helped founders validate ideas, raise funding, and scale, while guiding corporate clients through the new rules of digital innovation—where speed, iteration, and user experience define success.

But growing a business isn’t just about scaling up—it’s about building something that lasts. Every project was a puzzle, every client a new challenge. We weren’t just writing code; we were solving problems that didn’t always have obvious answers. Some ideas took off like rockets, others forced us to pivot, rethink, and refine. That’s the reality of product design and innovation—it’s a constant evolution.

I learned how to hire, mentor, and lead a team of incredibly talented people, fostering an environment where creativity met execution. I learned how to sell an idea, not just a service—convincing clients to trust in something that didn’t exist yet. I learned how to balance risk and reward, knowing when to push forward and when to adapt to reality.

Even though I eventually moved back into the corporate world, that mindset never left me. I still think like a founder. I move fast, adapt faster, and build with purpose.

Because at the end of the day, great businesses aren’t just built—they’re designed, tested, and relentlessly refined.
